In order for us to ensure we have every detail of your required property search criteria we will initially arrange a pre-instruction free consultation with no obligation. Our fee is structured and based on time and size of each individual search. For our menu of charges please contact us further.

Once instructed, a brief will be prepared to include full details of all specifications required and search criterions. B Connections will undertake a professional property search using their thorough knowledge of the national property market together with their extensive contact data base to draw a shortlist of properties that are believed our client will find favorable. B Connections has established a lasting relationship with many property professionals and Estate Agents offering us priority information to assist our clients.

Once considered by the client, the selected properties will be evaluated by a qualified RICS surveyor to determine that they are practical for purchase. Convenient tours will be arranged on the selected properties and viewings can, if required accommodate a tour of the local area. A credential of the locality will be summarised and available for the client to inspect prior to any viewings taking place. If any property shortlisted is of particular interest to our client we will carry out a full report which will include consideration of value, condition, size, and location.

This format will allow our clients to consider all properties with equal objectivity relying on the advice and knowledge of property experts. Following a client consultation B Connections will then review and pre-determine margins for negotiation purposes. We can liaise with the selling Agent, private vendor or Property Company using our skill and experience to position our clients as preferred buyer and secure the proposed purchase at the best price.

Investor Clients

B Connections have a long established relationship with investors and understand the common time constraints and pressures our clients are often faced with. This can often contribute to a stale portfolio. In order for its potential’s to be maximized, B Connections can assist in all elements of management, from; Commencement, growth, development through to release and acquisition on behalf of the client.

Where required, B Connections are happy to take on the roll of purchaser independently whilst the investor is not in a position too offering their time in this role.
